Boomerang

I got SO scared on this ride because the staff at SFMW didn't tighten my restrant. On the loops my restraint practacly went up! And then when it stopped to go backwards it made a LOUD noise. It hurt my ears.

Not as painful or as bumpy as Boomerangs can be. It is still a major attraction and can build up huge lines. But it probably is something you've experienced before.

This is a good roller coaster to get stearted on. I actualy like it but my friends hate it. The cool part is you go over the main path. The two worst parts are the second hill's chainlift and the station breaks. The drop through the station is OK. What's nice about the queue is you have a better chance at getting good seats because you can't enter the shoots until the train goes through the station, so you have to wait at the top of the stairs. The only theming is around the queue line, and it's only a few plants and bushes.

Marine World's "Boomerang" was the first ride built in the park. The park is pretty new, but it seems as though each time I go to ride this coaster, it gets worse. Granted, it is usually the last coaster of the day for me because it sits in the back of the park, but every time, it gives me a headache. The restraint pads need fixing, because during the inversions, your head gets severely banged around. The backwards element is always fun, and gives you a feeling of falling out! However, the boomerang layout is overused and lacks uniqueness.

Overall, a ride you might want to catch! GRADE: C+

I love Boomerang, it's not fast or slow but it's a thrill going backwards! This was my first major coaster and will probably always be one of my favorite. It's rough at times but if you are tall enough, and you know how to braces your self for the brakes, then you are fine and shouldn’t miss this coaster if a t MW!
