Nice twister. Has some good headchoppers and some airtime in the tunnel. The twisting first drop is so intense! Very smooth for a wooden coaster too.

My Second favorite coaster at Marine world is "Roar" (My #1 is "Medusa" of coarse). The lines are always short, but it doesn't realy have a long queue line anyways. The only themeing is a medium length tunnel. This has a coverd station and coverd Brake station. The chainlift isn't very long but don't go very high. The positioning is cool because it's in the very fron't of the park so you can watch the first drop from the tram line. I realy like this roller coaster!

Marine World's "Roar" is the best wooden roller coaster I've ever been on. I'm not a fan of wooden coasters due to the fact that I love loops, but this one really reached out to me. The waiting line is fast, breakdowns are minimal, and the speed is surprising for the type of coaster it is. It is very bump-free, which I like, which also adds to its uniqueness.
Overall, a great roller coaster! GRADE: A-

Grandpa says it's more fun than the "fancy new stuff" but Granny says everything has it's place in the coaster world. The Roar is #1 in wooden coasters with a couple of little jerks for Granny's neck, but nothing to worry about. Don't miss it.

This is defiantly my favorite wooden coaster! With millennium flyer trains how can you not like it? The trains really add to this coaster, the speed is great on this ride and it goes even faster in the rain (what a great preview night MW had this year, rain and no crowds)! The Q-line is a lot better compared to past years, due to the construction of Zonga!, the Q-line has been cut in half so they can install a path to Zonga!. Over all this is a great coaster and MW should be very proud of it!
