Summary: Excellent Coaster!
October 13th, 2003
Ive been on this coaster just once, and it was at night. The queue was very long but only lasted about 5 minutes. The Gotham City theming and station were excellent!.
As for the ride itself- brilliant! I love the floorless effect and the coaster itself was as smooth as a Rolls-Royce on a glass road. The seats were extremely comfortable and the inversions were magnificent.

Summary: A Nice Addition
August 31st, 2003
This is a great addition to some of the rough coasters in the park. I enjoyed it. The line is nice, and it's really fun. The station is nicely themed, but the ops are slow. The ride was fun, short, but enjoyable. It's a great addition to the park, which is why at night it can get long lines.

Summary: Wonderful line, Ok ride.
June 10th, 2003
This is a pretty average floorless coaster with an above average queue and themeing. Last year when I went on it the queue of this ride was simply excellent in terms of cleanliness and was fast moving. The wait on a week day was no more than ten minutes though the line was the longest line in the park, even longer than S:ROS. There was pretty good themeing going on as well when compaired to most other Six Flags parks. It consisted of a stlylised purple and brown warehouse covering the station. The queue themeing at the begining of the line is excellent with the big batman logo in the pavement and gothic wrought iron fences. The landscaping is great. Also Pepered throughout the queue are lifesized comic book style signposts of all the batman villans with their history written on them. All of this stuff makes the time fly by because there is always something to look at.

Now to the ride. I don't remember much about it and that really explains what the ride is like, unmemorable. There is nothing that special about it. The ride itself was not bad. But if you have been on another floorless coaster before this, it feels like the same old thing. Also when I went on Batman it was only about a month after it first opened and was a cold day so it was a rough ride. Not that rough mind you but I did bang my head twice. I felt that it still needed to be broken in a little more. Roughness probably effected my overall opnion of this ride and I would be willing to try it again on a warmer day. As I experienced it, Batman: The Dark Knight is only an average floorless.
