Gwazi

There are usually short lines for both coasters. You notice drastically the diference between the two. Their rough for wooden coasters but fun.

Great dueling coaster but themeing is kinda poor and BGT is hot as hell plus they have no fans.. thank god lines are not THAT long at morning

I would have given this a higher rating if it were dueling and a little bit smoother. I remember Gwazi back in 2000 and it was a great woodie, but now its pointless to advertise Gwazi as a dueling coaster even though it doesnt duel, even if both sides are operating. And Gwazi back in 2000 also had a little airtime. But now its one giant rough woodie standing at Busch. The Fun Factor is poor to me now, the queue is your average everyday queue, trace of themeing at entrance. Overall its not that good of a coaster.

Nice speed and air time. Much better when both sides go at the same time, but even then it is still my favorite wooden coaster.

While the ride is somewhat on the tame side (compared to other GCI coasters) it is still packs a good punch. The pacing of the ride is great and there are moments of some nice airtime. While this is deffinetly not the best coaster at Busch Gardens, it is still a good ride that should not be missed.

Gwazi is the only dueling wooden coaster I have ever ridden, and the idea just impressed me. The ride was just as impressive. The drops are pretty intense and the ride is fast throughout. There is not much dead time, plenty of airtime, and lots of flybys. I would recommend this bad boy to anyone. There were no lines and both sides were fun to ride.

This is an excellent dueling coaster. The only bad thing is the queue can be confusing, and very hot with no fans. This really is a nice coaster with dueling elements. Go in the morning, or eles the lines are crazy!

Gwazi was somewhat disapointing. It lacked any serious airtime or positive g's and was overall relatively tame.

Very twisty, but what else can you expect from GCI? I really love riding when it's dueling, makes the ride 10x more fun. Air is somewhat ignored and the laterals are not very intense but still an overall good addition to the parks lineup (they needed a woodie if if it has no air or forces lol).
