Summary: A Classic By Definition
May 6th, 2003
This coaster defines the word "classic".

Built in 1921 by master designer John A. Miller, this was one of the first roller coasters to use chain lifts and the under-riding wheel(both Miller inventions). The Jack Rabbit ultimately was a test for Miller's under-riding wheel, and it shows. While short in both track length and drops the coaster provides old fashioned thrills, and the double-dip, the only one of it's kind in the world, is as thrilling as any hyper coaster can deliver. Maximum airtime.
