This ride is awesome... Second drop will never be forgotten by any and all who ride it, Just an incredible feeling. I hated Steel Phantom, and I think that the Revenge is living up to all of its potential.

While the Steel Phantom will remain in the hearts of all Kennywood goers the replacement Phantom's Revenge will be the favorite of most riders. An exciting trip up a long, steep, slow, old fashioned chain lift followed by a swooping 168-foot drop then followed by a 230 foot drop into a ravine about to fall into the Monongahela River...it doesn't get much better than that. A very thrilling coaster that doesn't need theming to still be one of the best coasters in the nation. Much like every other coaster at Kennywood this coaster has a unique twist. The Steel Phantom was built by Arrow Dynamics, the Phantom's Revenge remake was done by Morgan Manufacturing, the first half of the ride(up till about half-way down the 230 foot drop) is just the Steel Phantom with a new paint scheme, the rest is Morgan's doing. There's also two different types of supports because of the company's differences.
