This is a cool ride, but a little brain-rattling! Get ready to do some shaking! For those of you who like rough rides (get your mind out of the gutter!), this is perfect!

Rough is to be expected when riding any woodie. But Psyclone is way too rough. My knees, Back and Kidney's were in a lot of pain after riding this one. I must have looked like I was 90 years old walking off of this thing. The roughness took away any of the fun that was to be had on this coaster. I rode it 3 times (Front, Middle, Back), too see if there was any place to sit that didn't hurt. Doesn't matter where you sit you're gonna hurt.

I know, people say it is so rough. But, this baby was done rough on purpose. It's a woodie! It's supposed to give you the feeling that it is out of control! Thus the name PSYCLONE! I thoroughly enjoy this one every time I ride it! The first drop is not huge, but has a nice little surprise towards the end of the drop, a little double dip to grab your stomach! The rest of the ride is fairly intense, with one too many trim brakes. I like the tunnel, and I enjoy the out-of-control feeling on this baby. If you have been spoiled by Ghost Rider at KBF, then of course this ride is far less superior, but overall it is a very enjoyable ride.

Magic Mountain's "Psyclone" was pretty disappointing. I was expecting a woodie that was in-ranks with "Roar" and "Colossus," but instead, I get a back ache. The word "smooth" must have been unheard of to the makers of this super-bumpy coaster! Some bump in a woodie is understandable, but bouncing the whole way through is awful. The best part of the ride was the tunnel you go through before ascending.
