Summary: Great Air-time
August 24th, 2007
Although it had good air-time, it didn't "lift" you out of your seat, it kind of "flung" you out. I would have liked it better if the bunny hops were more rounded on top and placed a little farther apart. It was still much smoother overall than Magnum

XL-200, the original hyper coaster. While on the ride, the two main drops seemed shorter than they were because the tunnels started before you reached the ground. I think that they should lengthen them but move them down the track away from the bottom of the hills. I liked the crazy big fast turns at the end of the track before you start heading back to the station. A very good ride.

Summary: A True Masterpiece
April 19th, 2003
Can you say airtime? This ride keeps you out of your seat for half the ride. The tunnels were also a nice effect, and the short queue line will have you riding it again and again. This is THE reason to choose Dorney Park over other nearby parks.

Summary: Airtime Machine!
March 30th, 2003
This is the ride that made helped make Dorney what it is today. This Morgan Hyper Coaster opened in 1997 and was dubbed the tallest coaster in the East. As you head up the 200 foot tall lift hill, you can see the entire park. You soon then are going down he 60 degree, 205 foor drop into a 120 foot tunnel. YOu emerge to go up the 2nd hill, which is filled with airtime. You then drop again and go up the 3rd hill, where you enter the turnaround, which is interconnected with the log flume and the go karts. YOu then head up into the mid-course break run where soon, the air time part of this ride will come into play. You then make a sharp drop and go up and down a series of camelback humps, through a second tunnel, and up a double-up manuever before going into the breaks. This is a world-class hyper that is a must when you are at Dorney. It is not trimmed in any way, giving you a smooth, uninterrupted ride. You get so much air time on this coaster, it's a wonder that they didn't call it "Air Force". When you come to Dorney, this and Talon are the true must sees of the park.
