Summary: One Of The Best Inverted
August 24th, 2007
I love the flying feeling that you got on some of the little hills. It was almost like having air-time on a suspended coaster

(if that's possible). This didn't have as many inversions as many looping coasters. That's kind of a good thing; my head didn't feel funny after riding it twice like it normally would. I disagree with the one reviewer; this did not seem short.

By the way, I just want to say that Dorney has some good medal rides, but it doesn't have anything good made of wood (Cedar Point doesn't also).

Summary: Great but too Short
April 19th, 2003
This bird isn't bad. However, there aren't many things other than the color scheme that make it stand out. It basically just another inverted coaster. It is also a short ride, since it was cramped into such a small space. The queue line is also pretty long, but never the less this ride is worth it if you like inverted coasters.

Summary: Fun!
March 30th, 2003
This is a fun filled, intense iverted coaster. You start off with a 135 foot climb before you drop 130 feet reaching speeds of 58 miles per hour. You then climb into a tall loop before speeding into a zero-g roll. You then dive into an immelmann loop and then a mid-air spiral before going through a S-curve. You then drop and get some nice airtime before making a sharp turn into a flat spin. You then proceed to turn into another sharp turn next to the midway while proceeding into a small helix. You then do a small dip and go up again into the brakes. Talon is definately a world-class coaster. With the sand filled tracks, the hardly ever long line, and it's unique color scheme it only adds to the excitement, I recommend you take a visit to Dorney Park to fly with this bird!
